Product warranty

All products must be properly maintained. The product must be properly stored, handled, used and maintained within the rules and recommendations of user manual and with all due care. Most importantly, the product must be regularly inspected before and during each use. Inspections must meet local and applicable national safety regulations. Misapplication, damage, abuse, overloading or improper maintenance can cause failure and accidents. If in doubt about the safe and proper use of the product consult NEMAG B.V.
A warranty does never cover defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, or use with equipment with which it is not intended to be used. It doesn’t cover cosmetic or incidental damages. Also warranty will not apply to damage caused by unauthorized alteration, modification or repair of the product. NEMAG B.V. furthermore does not warrant or provide service or support for any third party products.

Any warranties, expressed or implied, concerning the use of lifting products, only apply to new, unused products when tested in a standard testing machine under controlled conditions, in direct tension, and at a uniform rate of speed. The term “Breaking load” contains no implication of what load a lifting product will withstand if not properly used, or if it suffers abuse.
